No. The kiosk runs entirely in a web browser — employees just open the URL on any phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to install. You can optionally prompt them to add FutureTrack to their home screen as a PWA for an app-like experience.
Each employee sets a 4–6 digit PIN the first time they clock in. After that, they select their name from the kiosk list and enter their PIN to clock in or out. PINs are stored as bcrypt hashes — they are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords and PINs are bcrypt-hashed. Each company workspace is completely isolated — no data crosses tenants. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Reports are calculated directly from your clock event timestamps. You configure your shift start time, overtime threshold, and overtime multiplier — FutureTrack does the rest. Per-employee hourly rates are also supported for mixed-rate teams.
Yes — create an account and explore the full admin dashboard and kiosk immediately. You can also open the live kiosk demo without signing up to see the employee clock-in experience first-hand.
You can export your full attendance and payroll data as CSV at any time. On the Pro plan you get unlimited history. On cancellation your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.
